Inspirationist is committed to maintaining your privacy. This extension is designed to be a private, offline-first experience for your thoughts and inspirations.

Developer Declarations:

The developer has disclosed that it will not collect or use your data.
Your data is not being sold to third parties, outside of the approved use cases.
Your data is not being used or transferred for purposes that are unrelated to the item's core functionality.
Your data is not being used or transferred to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

1. Information Collection and Use

Inspirationist does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not track your browsing history, your location, or any personal data on the websites you visit.

2. Data Storage

All your preferences (such as font style, font size, and bold settings) are stored locally within your Chrome browser profile using chrome.storage.sync. This information is only used to maintain your personalized experience across your devices and is never accessed by us.

3. Network Requests

The extension fetches inspirational content from a secure Supabase backend. This request is anonymous and does not contain any user-specific identifiers. The only data sent is a list of IDs of quotes you have already seen (stored locally) to ensure the API provides a fresh quote.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or trade your data with any third parties. There are no advertising or tracking scripts included in this extension.
